🤖 Responsibilities as a Product Manager:
- Close the gap between the end user and product team
- Communicating feature order, value, design, and functional criteria to the teams that build things.
- Working with the build team to answer questions, make decisions, and remove blockers to ensure clarity throughout the build process.
- Assessing the “doneness” of the thing based on agreed-upon criteria. (Definition of done)
- Testing and iterating on products once they’re live
in-market.
